Tasting notes
It shows a singular pale colour with silvery glints. This wine offers a complex aroma close to a fruit white salad, citrus and red fruits such as pomegranate and cherry. You can also find some hints of flowers and the characteristic aroma of fennel. Very rich on the palate, a little bit more than a wide range of white wines.
Food pairing and suggestions
Clot d’encís blanc de noirs is a different white wine but extremely versatile. It matches pretty well as an appetizer and also during a full meal. If you want to choose a season period to drink this wine, springtime and summertime will be the perfect ones. Best enjoyed it during 18 months following the vintage year. Serve chilled (6° C).
