Dry white wine, light, aromatic and fruity. Muscat is the most ancient and scented grape in the Mediterranean viticulture. We work to get a clear, well-balanced expression of Muscat, always blended with another variety.
Pale yellow colour with green glints. It offers an intense and complex aroma, well-balanced between fruity and floral notes. It is smooth on the palate, refreshing and slightly persistent.
Food pairing and suggestions
It is an ideal wine to sip, due to its versatility and acidity, can also be nice with a whole meal. It is an ideal white wine for a celebration. It will pair perfectly with these starters: marinated salmon chunks with basil and extra virgin olive oil; nachos with guacamole and cheese; clams, cockles or razor clams; fried squid and even a sauteed mushrooms. And with these first dishes: salad with green apple, chicken and nuts; risotto with scallops and asparagus; pasta with Norway lobster and squids; vegetables in tempura; tail of monkfish with candied vegetables; grilled pork feet with barbecue sauce. You’ll be surprised by the pairing with typical Chinese dishes such as sweet and sour pork. And also a classic to enjoy during harvest-time: cheese cow or sheep chunks with a few grains of white grapes. Best enjoyed during the first 18 months following the vintage year. Serve chilled (6° C).
