This is one of the most versatile wines of Clot d’encís range and will be your perfect partner for a full meal. It is a good choice as an appetizer instead of drinking beer or vermouth. Ideal for a snack, you can try it with a traditional omelette, cold meat and a toast of bread with tomato seasoned with olive oil and salt, delicious! Best enjoy during the 18 months following the vintage year. Serve cold (8° C).
