Brau de bot
Dry white wine, medium bodied, fruity and slightly aromatic. We achieve it by blending the white Grenache grapes with other early ripening white grape varieties.
Pale yellow white wine with green glints. Predominantly fruity, slightly tropical and floral. It is light on the palate, more than the traditional white wines. On the palate it’s lighter than the traditional local white wines, with a medium length.
Food pairing and suggestions
This wine is ideal as an appetizer. There are also many gastronomic possibilities. More specifically it can be enjoyed accompanying shellfish or salmon with vegetables in papillote. Best enjoyed during the first 18 months following the vintage year. Serve chilled (6-8°C).
